Please fill out the warranty claim form (download available below) with details of failed part and photos. LUK/Valeo we will use this process to handle warranty but where parts are required (particularly labour claims) they can be returned directly to them but only if requested. Please email your claim forms to warranties@fg7.co.uk

WARRANTY RETURNS PROCESS

A1 member completes warranty form and send email form to returns@fg7.co.uk
A1 Member keeps the part and does not send to the A1AG central warehouse or FG7 warehouse
A1 Member provides photos of the parts when requested along with any further information via email to returns@fg7.co.uk
FG7 will confirm if requires the part back
Admin fee of £100 may be charged if warranty claim rejected per terms and conditions.
