With over ten thousand part numbers, range development is an on-going process based on close links with both customers and suppliers.

Change of customer service phone and office hours April 2025

Following recent customer feedback and a review of our current office hours of 09:00 to 17:30. We have found that a large majority of our customers preference would be that our office hours and phone lines open earlier.

Therefore, from May 6th 2025 Trupart’s office and phone line hours will open from 08:30 to 17:00

The change to our customer service & sales phone line hours will not affect online ordering. We will continue to accept and process online orders as normal up to 17:30
