Today GT Exhausts continually re-evaluate it's strategy to meet the demands of the market place and manufacture a vast range of Exhaust Systems and Catalytic Converters for Cars, Light Commercial Vehicles, 4x4's, Agricultural and Lift Truck Vehicles, Generators and related fitting components.

GT Exhausts at present supplies a range of 21,500+ different exhaust applications, GTE pride themselves being 1st to market adding up to 40 new part no's each month working very closely with franchise dealers to establish the parts failing first.

Quality GTE use fully aluminised steel and tube throughout the exhaust system 1.5mm, 1.7mm and 2.0mm, ensuring all pipes from 44.45mm up to 76.20mm are mandrill bent, this in turn ensures the diameter of pipes are not being reduced, restricting the gas flow and increasing fuel consumption. GTE only use top quality inner braided flexi's with chinn or mesh flex, on the increasing range of vehicles needing more flexibility on the exhaust, along with an interlocking flexi on cats and DPF to comply with the higher KW HP and EU 2-3-4-5 and 6 emissions. GTE silencer box is manually assembled with limited welds to avoid corrosion, rarely using E glass or rock wool to silence the exhaust, with the exception, only on older vehicles or between double panelled units. The internal is designed to give free gas flow, less back pressure, better noise levels. Leaving the end user with a greener cleaner product.

GT Exhausts innovative designs, along with our research and development allows us to manufacture a product that improves on the original quality, redesigning, and strengthening the exhaust to suit the conversion, GT will endeavour to use the original silencer where possible.
