As of 14th March 2022, parcel deliveries will no longer be carried out by FedEx and will instead arrive by DPD:

• PRE 12PM Delivery FREE for orders with a Minimum Despatch Value (MDV) of £100. Orders less than £100 MDV will be charged at £5.50 for Pre-12PM and at £9.95 for Pre-10:30AM.
• Minimum despatch value (MDV) for the Islands, Highlands and Offshore accounts is £200 with a £15 delivery charge if the MDV is not met.

Our other courier and pallet services are handled separately and will remain unchanged.
